1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ibu4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ibu4d strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. ibu4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age cannot be confirmed.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where access to online betting platforms is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ibu4d is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a competent court are not eligible to register.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on ibu4d or on any other regulated betting platform at the time of registration or at any subsequent time during which you hold an active Account.
• One account per person: Each natural person may hold only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Registration

To place wagers on ibu4d, you must register a verified Account. The registration process and ongoing account obligations are as follows:

1. Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK from your KTP), residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
2. Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ibu4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify ibu4d support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
3. KYC verification: ibu4d may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at registration or before processing any withdrawal request. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and, where applicable, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. ibu4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.
4. Account updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Changes to your registered name, date of birth, or national identity number are not permitted after verification; contact support if a genuine administrative error occurred at registration.
5. Dormant accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be designated as dormant. ibu4d reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month to dormant accounts after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. The Account will not be closed solely on the basis of dormancy; Members may reactivate by logging in at any time.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ibu4d are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP) or via approved e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though ibu4d's compliance team may apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your ibu4d wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Under normal conditions this occurs within minutes; delays attributable to the payment provider are outside ibu4d's control.
• You must only deposit from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered in your name may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the Account dashboard, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account in the Member's legal name. ibu4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• ibu4d targets withdrawal processing within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during service hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next service period. Actual processing times may vary depending on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
• ibu4d reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request. This may extend the processing time. Members will be notified via registered email if such checks are initiated.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. See Section 5 for details.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ibu4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. The following terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Members only. One bonus claim per household, per device, and per IP address applies unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. As a general guideline, wagering requirements on ibu4d range from 5× to 30× of the bonus amount.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of a wagering requirement. Sportsbook bets typically contribute 100%; slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%); togel bets may contribute at a reduced rate specified in the individual promotion terms. The game contribution schedule for each promotion is published on the promotion detail page.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirement must be satisfied within the time period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• Abuse: ibu4d employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements ("bonus farming"), registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and colluding with other Members to exploit promotions. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
• ibu4d's right to modify or withdraw promotions: ibu4d reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and/or registered email where practicable, but ibu4d accepts no liability for losses arising from the modification or withdrawal of a promotion.

6 Betting & Game Rules

All wagers placed on ibu4d are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product. General principles that apply across all products are as follows:

• Confirmation of bets: A wager is confirmed only upon receipt by the ibu4d system of a confirmation message. Wagers not confirmed by the system — for example due to connectivity issues on the Member's side — are not valid and no funds are deducted.
• Void bets: ibu4d reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a system or human error ("palpable error"). In such cases the staked amount is returned to the Member's wallet; no compensation for foregone winnings is payable.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each product carries its own minimum and maximum stake thresholds, which are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface. ibu4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Members at any time and without prior notice.
• Sportsbook: Sporting event outcomes are determined by the relevant governing body's official result. In the event of a dispute, ibu4d's decision as to the outcome of any event is final. Football results for BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF are settled in accordance with the result at the end of 90 minutes of regular play plus referee-added time, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• Live casino: All live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in certified studios operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. The outcome of each round is determined in real time and is final once the round has been declared closed by the dealer. Technical malfunctions that prevent the completion of a game round will result in the round being voided and stakes returned.
• Togel: Togel results are derived from the official draw results published by the relevant issuing authority for each market (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney). ibu4d does not influence or have any involvement in draw outcomes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ibu4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, scrape data, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Members or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage over ibu4d or other players.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to [email protected] immediately. Winnings derived from exploitation of known bugs will be voided.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ibu4d Platform — including but not limited to the ibu4d brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ibu4d or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content; scraping or systematically downloading Platform data; or using the ibu4d name or logo in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of ibu4d's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9 Privacy & Data

ibu4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ibu4d uses your personal data to: verify your identity and age; process deposits and withdrawals; detect and prevent fraud and money laundering; provide customer support; deliver relevant promotional communications (where you have opted in); and comply with applicable legal obligations. ibu4d does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• ibu4d provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ibu4d makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses, or fit for any particular purpose.
• ibu4d shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ibu4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ibu4d's aggregate liability to any Member arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits ibu4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You acknowledge that betting and gaming carry inherent financial risk, and that ibu4d is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from wagers placed on the Platform. It is your responsibility to bet within your means.

11 Suspension & Termination

ibu4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Request by the Member to close their own Account (including self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming programme).

Upon permanent Account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, provided that no fraud investigation is pending. ibu4d may withhold balances during an ongoing investigation and release them upon conclusion if no wrongdoing is established.

Members wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

12 Amendments

ibu4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it could reasonably be expected to affect a Member's rights or obligations in a significant way — ibu4d will provide at least seven (7) days' prior written notice via the registered email address before the amendment takes effect.

For non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change substantive meaning, or updates required to comply with a new legal or regulatory obligation taking immediate effect), the amended Terms & Conditions will be posted to the Platform and will take effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment's effective date.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction of ibu4d's operating entity.

ibu4d's services are directed at Indonesian residents. You acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your compliance with applicable Indonesian law. ibu4d does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with ibu4d's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as nominated by ibu4d. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
